Anshi Bio-technology (Zhongshan) Co., Ltd., established on 3 July 2007, is provided with workshops of 300,000 air cleanliness class up to the GMP requirements, and a number of soft capsule forming machines and ancillary equipment purchased from South Korea. Its annual output is about 1 billion of granules. With its health food sanitation license, health food GMP certificate and registration of export-oriented food production enterprise, Anshi is able to produce health food soft capsules for both domestic use and export. Currently, it is constructing six South Korean production lines and a soft capsule workshop for cosmetics. The expected production capacity would have reached 2.5 billion by 2010.

With a sound quality assurance system, Anshi conducts production in strict accordance with the GMP requirements of health food to ensure product quality. A wide range of products, up to a hundred, are presented in Anshi. The main ones include the soft capsule of fish oil, the soft capsule of soya lecithin, the soft capsule of vitamin E, the soft capsule of soy isoflavone, and the soft capsule of liquid calcium which are well appreciated by its customers.


On the other hand, Anshi also has a professional technical research team of soft capsules to develop soft capsule products and solve production or quality problems for its customers. 62% of its employees have an educational background higher than technical secondary school. Ms Li Yirou, General Manager, one of the first pioneers in the R&D of pharmaceutical soft capsules, has been engaged in the research, development and production of soft capsules for nearly 40 years. She’s leading the R&D team of Anshi to approach the world advanced level in soft capsule product development, with new products entering the U.S. market and filling the domestic gap.
